We offer a return policy of 5 days if an incorrect order was delivered to you. This means that you have 5 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. If more than 5 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
We cannot offer a refund for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Moreover, items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also ineligible for a refund.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Lagos state. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned item, and the shipping costs are non-refundable.
